Where does the produce come from?

  • While the produce in each box is sourced from local vendors, the items are grown all over the world and the contents of each box are changed daily.

Is the produce organic?

  • Some items may be organic, but we do not offer organic exclusive boxes and cannot guarantee organic items in each box.

What is in each box?

  • In general, the boxes will include a variety of produce such as: apples, bananas, tomatoes, potatoes, lettuce, peppers, cucumbers, oranges, lemons, broccoli, onions, and other seasonal favorites.  The contents of each box change daily based on the season, availability and quality of produce when purchasing.

Do you deliver to my address?

  • Our deliver zone covers a 40 mile radius of downtown Chicago, but also expands as far east as Michigan City, as far west as Rockford and as far north as Milwaukee! To find out if we deliver to your zip code, there will be a zip code verifier on the cart page when checking out. Otherwise, you can find the full list of zip codes here.

How will my package be delivered?

  • To ensure the utmost care for your produce, packages are delivered via our team of local couriers.

When will my package be delivered.

  • Our delivery dates are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.  The cut-off to be delivered the next day is 3PM CST.  If an order is placed after 3PM CST on Thursday, your order will be delivered on the following Tuesday.  Based on where your address falls on the delivery route, your package may arrive between 7AM-7PM.

Will I receive tracking?

  • At this point, we are unable to provide real time tracking for when your package will arrive.

How can I manage my subscription?

  • To manage your subscription, please log into your account here.  If you're having trouble accessing your account, you can request an account invite here.  Once logged in, there will be a button called Manage Subscriptions on the right hand side where you can adjust your settings.

How can I sign up for the referral program?

I referred a customer, how do I claim my credit?

  • Once the customer that you refer makes a purchase from your referral link, your account will be updated with the credit.  To access your credit, please follow the below steps.
    1. Log into your GFP Chicago account here.
    2. Once logged in, go to the referral program page here.  The coupon code for your credit will be shown in the rewards section.
